• Voting Right of a Member

  A regular bona-fide member is entitled to cast one (1) vote during the Annual Membership Meeting of the Association.

  In some cases where the member cannot or does not want to attend the Annual Membership Meeting, the Association allow its members to appoint a proxy to vote for them. Member must fill-up and sign the Proxy to Vote Form.
