Obligations of a Member
1. To be prompt in the payment of the following:
Members’ deposit
Loan amortization
Monthly EP dues/contribution
2. To notify the Association in case of changes in personal data so that records could be updated:
Change in civil status
Change in address
Change in contact number and email address
Change in beneficiaries
Change in employment records (change in position or transfer to other division or school)
3. To notify the Association of the following circumstances:
When on Leave Without Pay
Whenever a member goes on leave without pay, he/she becomes inactive.
He/she must notify the Association regarding the duration of his/her leave without pay,
in order that his/her co-makers will not be made to pay his/her loan balance.
In addition, he/she has to pay his/her monthly EP contribution directly to the office of the
Association in order that his/her beneficiaries would still be entitled to full benefits in
case of member’s death.
When on Leave for Abroad
Whenever a member plans to go on leave with the intention to go abroad, the
member must notify the Association so that his/her obligations can be settled.
He/she shall make arrangements on how his/her loan balance will be paid.
If the member intends to continue his/her membership upon his/her return,
he/she should leave his/her One Hundred Pesos (Php 100.00) Capital Equity so that
his/her account with the Association will not be closed.
He/she has to pay his/her Fifty Pesos (Php 50.00) monthly EP contributions preferably
in advance for the duration of his/her leave of absence.
Transfers, Resignations, and Retirement
Whenever a member transfers to other government agencies or
private entities, resigns, or retires, member has to terminate his/her
membership with the Association. But if he/she transfers from one division/school
to another, he/she is only to advice the Association so that transfer of his/her records can be made.
