Notice of Annual General Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given to all Members that the Annual General Membership Meeting of Novo Ecijano Teachers Mutual Benefit Association Inc. (NETMBAI) will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 1:00 p.m, NETMBAI Building, 228 Gabaldon St., Brgy. San Roque, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

AGENDA:

• Call to Order

• Proof of Notice of Meeting

• Certification of Quorum

• Approval of Minutes of the Annual General Membership Meeting held on April 22, 2024

• Report of the President
  - The President will report the financial and operating results of the Association for the year 2024

• Ratification of the Acts Board of Trustees

• Election of the Members of the Board of Trustees for the year 2025-2026
  - The Corporate Secretary will present to Members the candidates for Board of Trustees for the year 2025-2026

• Appointment of External Auditor
  - The President will discuss the portfolio of AMC and Associates

• Appointment of Associations Actuary

• Expiration and Renewal of the Associations Accreditation with the Department of Education
  - The Vice President will discuss the expiration of the Associations accreditation with the DepEd and the preparation for the renewal

• Other Matters
  - Members concern and queries

• Adjournment
